Our national youth team continues its daily training in its external camp in the Tajik capital, Dushanbe, in preparation for the Asian qualifiers, which will start on September 21st. The Young Reds will face Malaysia in their first match within Group Five next Saturday at the main Dushanbe Stadium.
The national team conducted a training session this morning at 10:00 AM in the hotel’s gym, where the players underwent physical exercises focusing on muscle strengthening. Afterward, the team attended a “video” lecture session led by the coaching staff to explain some tactical situations, highlight strengths, and address weaknesses.
In the evening, the Young Reds held a training session for an hour and a half, which included warm-up exercises and positional drills with and without the ball. The coaching staff concluded the session with a small-sided game in the middle of the field to apply some tactical concepts.
